This is a 3-week training program designed for the student to progress from the first class to the sixth. This class will give participants the tools to move better, get stronger, and increase speed. Each workout uses bodyweight exercises and equipment like bands, TRX, and Kettlebells to give you the best workout possible. Click on the link for more info and to register.
