R.A.D. BASIC SELF DEFENSE FOR WOMEN - SPRING 2017
The Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) System is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques. RAD offers a comprehensive course on the awareness, avoidance, prevention, risk reduction and hands-on defensive strategies for assault. The program is open to women only.
The RAD system provides participants the knowledge to make an informed decision about resistance. The RAD system is not a martial arts program, nor does it require students to be athletes to succeed.
This class will be offered FREE to UNH students, faculty and staff in the Hamel Recreation Center studios. Each class is limited to 30 participants. Classes led by UNH Police Department officers. Additional information on the RAD basic system is available at http://rad-systems.com .
