Beginner Barbell - $30.00

This is a 3-week training program designed for the student to progress from the first class to the sixth.This class is designed to teach novice lifters how to effectively use a barbell in exercises like the squat, deadlift, bench press and more. If you’re new to the weight room or want to perfect your technique, this is a great way to get stronger and more knowledgeable. Registration opens: August 21st, 2017 and closes October 3rd, 2017. Sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday October 3rd - October 19th at 5:45-6:45pm in Studio 3.
